The Scholarship Website will be accepting applications for the 2010-11 academic year beginning November 1, 2009.You may now apply for all KSU Foundation Scholarships by using one application. Scholarships still available are listed below.

- Cobb County Golf Scholarship (pre-med)
- Project 2400 (incoming freshman)

*KSU (TAP) full-time staff employees are eligible
Important Things to Remember When Completing Your Scholarship Application
Information you provide in this application will be reviewed by KSU Scholarship Committees and the following will be taken into consideration:
- Academic excellence (GPA)
- Program
- Leadership
- Community service
- Experience
- Financial need
- Written communication (essays)
- Information should be as accurate as possible
- Scholarships may be need-based or merit based or both. You must have a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal student Aid) on file with the Office of Student Financial Aid at KSU to qualify for need based scholarships. The FAFSA must be filed annually by the priority deadline of April . Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/
- You must have a KSU ID and KSU e-mail address to apply
- Applications cannot be changed once submitted
- Essays play a vital role in the selection process (grammar and spelling will be assessed)
- Prior to applying for scholarships, students may wish to use the scholarship search function to determine if additional information may be required. i.e. letters of recommendation, community service or essays
- Scholarship winners will be notified in writing starting May 1
- Applications will remain on file throughout the academic year for further consideration for other scholarships
