Study abroad and exchange

Foundation Program
The University of Sydney Foundation Program has been designed to prepare international students for entry to our undergraduate courses, and for wider University life.
Centre for English Teaching
The University's Centre for English Teaching provides a range of English language courses to help international students meet our English language requirements.
Summer / Winter School
The University's Summer and Winter School allows you to take units of study outside of normal semester time. This year there will be over 135 undergraduate and postgraduate subjects from 10 faculties offered over three sessions in Summer and 50 subjects in Winter School in July.
International Student Support Unit (ISSU) & Services for Students
The International Student Support Unit (ISSU) provides support to International students through the provision of information, activities, advice and counselling. If you have particular requirements, we offer a range of other services to assist you through your time at university. Services include: child care, eating and retail outlets, financial support, health and welfare, IT services, academic support, library, religious facilities, and an accommodation service.
International Office
The International Office is the arm of the University of Sydney that is dedicated to assisting international students in their application to study at the University, and in their time while they are students at the University.
