International students can apply to study at HSE for free through full-tuition scholarships. This merit-based scholarship will completely waive all tuition fees for select full-degree Bachelor's and Master's programmes at HSE. In addition to free study, international students awarded government scholarships can also live at HSE dormitories for a very affordable rate.
Applicants should first apply to the programmes they wish to enter and indicate on their application forms whether they would like to apply for scholarships. They are then invited to apply for scholarships after they have been accepted into the programmes that they wish to join.
